Grand View Glass & Metal can supply a wide range of tempered and annealed glass products. Our heat tempering process converts annealed glass into a safety glass with 4 to 5 times the breaking level and a higher resistance to thermal stresses than the original annealed glass. Our tempered glass meets requirements of ANSI Standard Z 97.1 for safety glazing materials; CPSC 16 CFR 1201 C 11, and Federal Specification DD-G-1403B(1). We offer a variety of clear and tinted glass products; carrying 5/32" to ¾" thick glass. Our tempering oven is 96" x 180"; consult factory of any size over 84? x 130? or 350 lbs.

Double sealing, utilizing an inner and outer seal, gives our Insulating Glass long life and high resistance to the elements. Grand View's Insulated Glass units are factory fabricated and sealed. Insulated glass is available with warm edge technology; the world's warmest edge occurs with Super Spacer, and insulating foam spacer whose use allows for comfortable household humidity levels and the least likelihood of mold and other problems. Insulated glass is available from ½" to 1" overall thickness with black or gray spacer; consult factory for pricing and lead-time. Certain size limitations apply.
